We would like to ask you to report any freezes (eg on war) and game crashes. We need some information to diagnose this issue. We will tell you what needs to be done to send us a client log.
Instruction:
1) As soon as the game crashes or freezes, you need to close the client. ! IMPORTANT do not enter the game again!
2) Send us the log.txt file from the root folder with the game and tell us the time of departure, if possible, please shoot a video.
3) Send it to us in the group with information, if you have a large log.txt, use the zip archive, DropBox or Google Disk to send.
